"Issues with Logging In"
I had trouble accessing my account. There’s no phone number or chat support available. I like Animal Friends better since they send documents via mail. They were the lowest price I found online. Now it makes sense why.

Scheduled a call, and they rang me right on the dot. Had a chat with Robin, and let me tell ya, they were super helpful. I had a bunch of questions about making a claim on my policy. All my queries were answered thoroughly, and I got the lowdown on any potential issues and how to steer clear of them. Definitely would recommend!

"Payment Method Feedback"
I was really happy to find that getting a full pet insurance was super easy. But, I can't stand direct debits and would have liked to pay the whole amount upfront - or at least have the chance to do so. That's my only issue, and to be fair, I know pets aren't forever and cats, in particular, tend to use up a lot of their nine lives. However, Merlin is just four, so I don't see him leaving us anytime soon. My comments aren't really a complaint, just something for you to think about.
